Nach einem Einblick in das Buch diskutiert die Autorin Fragen des Übersetzens von Tanz und Choreografie in Text und Bild mit der Kulturjournalistin und Dokumentarfilmerin Anne Linsel („Tanzträume"), moderiert von Robert Sturm, künstlerischer Betriebsdirektor des Tanztheater Wuppertal.
In her new book Pina Bausch and Dance Theater. The Art of Translating dance scholar Gabriele Klein offers new and ground-breaking perspectives on the workprocess, the company and the reception of the Tanztheater Wuppertal. After an insight into the book, the author discusses questions of translating dance and choreography into text and image with the cultural journalist and documentary filmmaker Anne Linsel (Tanzträume), moderated by Robert Sturm, Artistic Management Director of the Tanztheater Wuppertal.
